Now and AI
I'm an AI Engineer at MNC Group, Indonesia's largest and most integrated media company, where I lead the AI Team. I build production AI across multiple business units: machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, data engineering, automation, analytics and scalable AI infrastructure. My work covers everything from data pipelines and model integration to deployment and business-facing applications, using open-source and enterprise AI.
Software Engineering
Before AI, I spent 5+ years as a full-stack web and mobile developer across startups (Hacktiv8), enterprise (Infomedia) and government projects (ITB), so I build complete systems spanning backend, frontend, cloud and AI. With ITB lecturers and researchers, I helped build Situng Pemilu, the official vote-counting application for Indonesia's 2019 presidential and vice-presidential election.
EdTech and Bootcamps
Previously, I was Head of Learning at Skilvul and Markoding (Skilvul's non-profit sister organization), where I led bootcamps, online courses and mentorship for people entering the tech industry. I founded the Learning Team at both organizations. I led teams of technical leads, instructors and mentors across tracks such as AI, Web, Mobile, IoT and UI/UX, and scaled programs to 1,000 students per cohort with partners including Kemendikbudristek, Kominfo, Microsoft, Samsung and UNICEF, helping thousands of learners become job-ready. Mentoring
I mentor developers and AI learners. Most recently, in 2026, I served as an AI Technical Mentor at Pijar Foundation, where I guided a top-5 team in the AI for Public Sector incubation to build an AI solution for Indonesia's Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) to analyze government spending. I was also a Career Preparation and AI Mentor at Mereka Indonesia, where I coached vocational graduates on careers and practical AI tools in the FutureReady program with Biji-biji Initiative and Microsoft Indonesia.
Podcast and Community
Beyond engineering and mentoring, I enjoy bringing people together. I contribute to tech communities and host Terra Talks, a podcast where I interview experienced professionals about technology, engineering and career growth. I've also been a host, moderator and speaker at many online events. In 2026, I co-organized and hosted Cafe Cursor Jakarta, a community meetup for developers exploring AI-assisted coding, with F2aldi, a Cursor Ambassador.
